Custom ex-libris bookplate on front paste down, else clean. Dust jacket has some light chipping at spine ends and corners; several short closed tears; minor blemishing; price clipped; in a clear archival sleeve. 185 pages. 8.5 x 5.5 inches. Laid-in: Bruce Rogers' personal Christmas card, inscribed by him to the British-American sculptor John Angel. ''To John / from Bruce / wishing him a [arrow]''. Card features an stylized representation of Rogers' October House residence. Lightly penciled on the back side of the card is a note indicating the John Angel provenance.
