This huge volume - more than two inches thick - contains 447 plates: 68 color reproductions - some tipped in and suitable for framing - and several hundred black and white illustrations. Bibliography.
Original printed cloth over thick boards with printed acetate dust jacket. Printed endpapers. Light edgwear and page toning with faint soil to edges of text block.
