Peattie, and other sources. The spiral bound booklet is 8 1/2 x 5 1/2" and is printed on 60# paper. A vinyl sheet protects the front cover. Note: Although the booklet is new, the source book had some words underlined in ink. Where these could not be removed without endangering the print, they have been left intact, and will appear on the reprints.
