London, England: Thomas and William Boone, 1830. Leatherbound. Very Good. Harding, James D.. Large Quarto, 11.7 in. x 9.2 in., pp. iv, [2], 25, [2] (list of plates), [112] (unpaginated captioned plates), [1] (advertising). Contemporary full calf; quarter-inch wide gilt frame with floral points to front. Original spine mounted on rebacked spine. Gilt title on red panel, and five raised bands, to spine; other spine compartments framed in gilt. Publisher's gilt to all edges. Light rubbing to extremities, Front bottom corner nudged. Contemporary marbled endpapers. Two title pages. Previous owners' inscriptions and names, dated 1830, 1878, 1907, and 1925 to first title page (four generations in one family). Moderate foxing to a dozen plates; occasional light spotting throughout. Two volumes in one. List of subscribers. 112 plates; no frontispiece. Descriptive text (25 p.) by Newenham precedes the plates. All plates printed by C. Hullmandel.

Laid-in: Printed pre-publication slip (3.25 in x 8 in.) from publisher apologizing for the delay of having all materials ready for the press.
