First Edition. 10 1/4" x 6 1/2". 405 pages, well illustrated with quality black and white photographs. A valuable record of the area at the opening of the twentieth century. Hb, in faded buckram, especially on the spine; gilt titling to the spine and upper board, upper edges gilt, upper corners show loss of the buckram finish due to light damp in that area ( less than a square inch); corners bumped, otherwise a very nice copy..
