New York: Visual Communication Books, 1970. First American edition, 4to, pp. 159, [1]; illustrated throughout, some in color; fine copy in originally yellow cloth lettered in red on spine, in a worn, but complete dust jacket with some old tape repair. From the library of Kim Merker. This copy previously from the library of Kay Amert, the director of the University of Iowa Typography Library from 1972 to 2006 where she was also a professor in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication. She was also the proprietor of The Seamark Press in Iowa City. Her name "Amert" in small letters in ink on the front free endpaper.
