First edition, first impression; 8vo; bookplate to front pastedown, offsetting to front free endpaper, else unmarked internally; publisher's black cloth, silver lettering to spine, slight discolouration to cloth at foot of spine, with the price-clipped dustjacket printed in green, jacket somewhat toned, some chipping to spine ends and extremities, else very good.
First edition. Comprising Cantos LXXIV-LXXXIV, composed when Pound was incarcerated in a prison camp near Pisa. The book was awarded the first Bollingen Prize in 1948.
