Extremities rather chipped and bottom edge slightly curled, poster rather dust-soiled, else Good or better, with clear evidence of use. Placard featuring a poster protesting H.R.1 and the "D.C. Four Against the Poor" President Richard Nixon, Senator from Connecticut Abraham Ribicoff, Congressman from Arkansas Wilbur Mills, and Senator from Louisiana Russell Long.
