Gilt lettering on black spine text block, full leather. 8vo, 512pp. Hinges separating at the top [2-1/2" & 3"] & leather above the text block deteriorated. The leather on the covers is mottled, there is a long jagged surface crack in the front cover leather surface and a 3/8: x 1/4" hole thru the leather covering on the back cover. First free end paper torn & second free end paper missing. Edges & corners worn.
