With tipped-in 4 pg. addendum at rear, "The Anaesthetic Revelation." --- In green paper-covered boards backed in tan cloth with paper title label affixed to spine. Deckled fore- and bottom edges, green endpapers. Volume has no dust jacket. --- With inked presentation remarks to front free endpaper, 6 cm. tear to leaf near front of volume and general age-toning to leaves. Also with some cover and spine soiling, darkening to spine label, and loosened front hinge, else a sound, intact copy.; Octavo (8 to 9 in. tall); 228, 4 pages .
