Spine a bit darkened, rubbed and tips; boards rubbed and very lightly soiled; previous owner's bookplate on front paste-down. In soiled, frayed -- but original and, as such, rare -- box. Includes "Widowers' Houses," "The Philanderer," "Mrs. Warren's Profession," (all unpleasant); and "Arms and the Man," "Candida," "The Man of Destiny," and "You Never Can Tell".
