Original quarter blue cloth with grey boards. Printed paper label mounted to front board. In original pale blue printed dust jacket. 95, [1] pages. Edition of 100 signed and numbered copies printed on hand-made paper; this copy no. 55. Signed by Shepard and Lucas at colophon. Black and white illustrations by Shepard throughout. Offsetting to endpapers. Light soil and a few small closed tears to jacket. Contemporary bookseller label to jacket spine.
