Williams & Co. Verlag, Berlin-Grun, 1932. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good Condition. Illustrator: Walter Trier. The book is bound in light blue silk cloth covered boards. The half title and Title pages appear to be hand scribed. the verso of the title page has written in pencil at the top "Alle Rechte vorbehalten, ....." and at the bottom "Auflage ???? Aldus ???? Berlin. Printed in Gerny, Copyright 1932 by Williams & Co. g.m.b.h. Berlin-grunwald" The pages then 'appear' to be typed copies interspersed with hand lettered pages, and what appear to be 10 original drawings, with some original pencil sketch lines just visible, including one that has been coloured. A small drawing of Emil and Anton is not listed in the illustrations list, and appears on the last page of the story. Size: 4to 9¾" - 12" tall. 224 pages. Text is in German.
