Author's introduction. 3/4 maroon morocco over matching cloth, spines with raised bands and gilt ruled compartments, gilt ruled covers, mauve endpapers. Very good-fine. 2 volumes. No signatures or bookplates. Volume I, II only (two additional volumes were issued in 1926, 1927). Masefield (1878-1967), English poet, dramatist and author; poet laureate of England (1930-67).. 1st Edition. Hardcover.
