Siegle, Hill & Co., 1111. Hardcover. Acceptable. No Edition Stated. 101 pages. No dust jacket. Gilt decorated green silk boards. Reproduced from a manuscript inscribed and illuminated by F Sangorski and G Sutcliffe. Decorated endpapers and pastedowns. Cracking to gutters and hinges, exposing netting throughout. Boards are loose, however pages throughout remain attached. Pen inscription to front endpaper. Tape to front pastedown. Rough-cut pages are moderately tanned with noticeable foxing throughout. Text and decorations remain bright and clear. Occasional thumb-marking. Letter 'T' marked on a few pages in pencil. Boards have noticeable edge wear with corner bumping. Moderate sunning to spine and edges with some crushing to spine ends. Noticeable splits to spine ends and edges, causing cloth to be frayed. Faint water staining to rear. Minor marks to front.
