"Summer Number": contains the verse-drama "The Assumption of Hannele" by Gerhart Hauptmann (translated by G.S. Bryan); plus "Abydos" by Henrik Ibsen (translated by Lee M. Hollander); essays by Nora Archibald Smith (on José Echegaray) and Tollet B. Thompson (on Ibsen's "When We Dead Awaken"); the editors' study program for Shakespeare's Macbeth; plus correspondence, etc.
