This copy combines the changes of both and has cancel leaf Y3 with turnover, cancels Hh8 and Mm3 in position and Ss with 6 leaves only.Pope, then only twenty years old, contributed Pastorals (which has its own divisional title page) and some other poems to this final volume of Tonson's or Dryden's Miscellanies (1684-1709) as they are called. They are his earliest publication. The Pope contributions are not affected by the two issues.
"The irregularities in signatures and pagination indicate that the book was built around Pope's contributions" [A. E. Case Bibliography of English Poetical Miscellanies 1521-1750].
