About This Item
Pre 1883 hardcover as shown. A very nicely bound volume that has seen considerable wear but retains a handsome appearance. The binding is generally intact though the frontispiece and title page have come loose. Brown cloth boards with beveled edges are embossed and stamped in black and gold. Boards are lightly soiled and rubbed with fraying at top and bottom of spine and at corners. Inscribed and dated 1883 on FFEP. Gilt edge to text block. Text is tanned but clean and unmarked. Your purchase helps support our small village library. s
