London: Henry Bradshaw Society, 1910 First edition in hardcover. 314 pp. Footnotes, two-page plates, notes, index of forms, index of subjects. The spine has a hint of a twist with some small tears to top, there are call numbers near bottom but no other evidence of a library copy. Minor rubbing to boards, bookplate on front pastedown, some foxing to endpapers and foredge, very slighly musty. Photographs on request. Good.
