Cover depicts Popeye eating spinach while holding weights and barbells. Color cartoons of Popeye & friends, and a center insert text section of poetry, puzzles, fiction, and essays on science, music, current events, and history. Unpaginated (48 pages). Not ex-library. Front cover has several small creases at the top outer corner and a half-inch vertical stripe of foxing at the spine, Front cover also has a small blue ink pen scribble near the issue number at the bottom spine corner. Pages clean and unmarked.
