New York: Phillips & Hunt, 1882. Large octavo, green cloth with gilt, 709 pp. A bright copy in a nice decorative binding. Hinges cracked, pages lightly toned, area of silverfish damage along lower edge of frontispiece and title page, stain to text block edge, mild discoloration to covers.
