New York: Simon & Schuster, 1993. First edition. Hardcover. Good +/fair. Signed and inscribed by the author on the half-title page, "For Toni and Kenneth - in memory of a pleasant day. Don. April 3, 1993." Lavender boards with gray cloth spine, in dustjacket, 1st edition. A good+ copy in a not very good dustjacket. Wear to the board edges, crimping at the spine tips, and a slight ridge to the spine panel from reading. The interior is clean in a solid binding and hinges. Unclipped jacket is rubbed, chipped, and the rear panel is heavily soiled. 315 pp. Donald Heiney/ MacDonald Harris' final book, signed a few months prior to his death.
