Little, Brown, 1967. (Revised Edition) New Introduction and Epilogue. Blue cloth, gilt title, gilt lettering and red lettering very fine on spine, dark blue inside covers and adjacent end papers, 266 heavy pages. Book Club edition. DJ cream background, b/w photo of JFK at top front, red, black and blue lettering, b/w photo of Manchester. DJ has microtear at top edge near spine. Very Good DJ/Very Good book. Blue Fly leaf cut out and slight separation of 1st page from spine. Rest of pages are tight.
