Boards have mild edge wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. There is bumping to corners and crushing to spine ends. Tanning to spine and edges causing discolouration. Gilt lettering is darkened.

Rough cut pages are lightly tanned and thumbed at the edges, with creased corners and foxing. Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges. Boards are bowed. Book has a forward lean.

Moderate cracking to gutters causing some looseness to binding but pages remain attached. Boards have moderate corner bumping and edge-wear with visible tanning, staining and scuffing overall. Spine has heavier tanning with noticeable fraying, splitting and crushing to ends. Book has a slight forward lean.
