Octavo (21.5cm); beige cloth, with titles stamped in dark green on spine and front cover; dustjacket; [6],7-123,[5]pp. Spine ends gently nudged, faint foxing to endpapers; Near Fine. Dustjacket is price-clipped, gently spine-sunned and lightly edgeworn, with faint foxing to flap folds, and evidence of some penciled notes erased from the rear flap; Very Good+. A three-act play centered around a secret held by a family for nearly three decades. The Broadway production opened on January 29, 1957, and ran for 143 performances.
