New York: Macmillan Co, 1905. Hardcover. About Fine. ix, 382pp, 1page ads, blank, bound-in lower cover w/ ads recto/verso. 17cm. Hardcover. Red cloth stamped in gilt to spine and upper cover. Original stiff tan colored wraps w/ publication date (1905) to upper cover bound-in later hardcover binding (this is surmise based upon fewer pages for preface, wraps where title page should be, slightly smaller dimensions). Book Condition: about fine, with remarkably well preserved text-block, and fresh binding solid as a rock. Bookbinder's sticker (E. Ginesta) to bottom corner of last page, with phone number: MU 9-3866; dating the rebinding to some time btwn 1930's-1978 for this Murray Hill exchange.
