New York: Athenaeum 1981 First Edition 302pp, 5 7/8 x 8 1/2, cloth backed boards, hardcover in dust jacket CONDITION: ACCEPTABLE, FAIR only, Ex-library with usual markings, quite worn with severely slanted spine, still sound in respectable dj (spine panel color faded, label ghost at spine foot, & a couple of small tape remnants on rear.)
