There is some wear at the head and tail of the spine and along the spine plus corner wear. The front cover has an approximate 2" crease at the lower outer edge. John Wesley Powell was the father of land preservation in the West and also the first man to ride the dread rapids of the Colorado River, a feat that still commands respect.
