About This Item

Dobson Science Fiction, London, 1968. First Edition. Hardcover (Original Cloth). Good Condition/Poor. Illustrator: Richard Weaver -- Front Cover. Black coloured boards with silver collared titles to the spine. Bumping to the head and to the heel of the spine and to the book corners. Shelfwear to the lower book edges and there is discolouration and to the top. Dust marks to the top paper edge and on the front fore edge some paper has adhered to the edge. Some faint discolouration to the endpapers and very minor browning to the internal pages. Illustrated dustwrapper, by Richard Weaver, with white coloured background with black coloured titles to the front panel and backstrip. The white background has become extremely discoloured, to the point of being cream, and both front and back panels are quite rubbed and very grubby. Rubbing to the dustwrapper corners and creasing to the top and bottom dustwrapper edges. There is a very small tear to the lower, front spine gutter edge. Dustwrapper is price clipped, front fold over, the lower right-hand corner. In the not too distant future, people are enjoying the benefits of a United Europe and technological advances. One advance is, "plying" -- a procedure where something is duplicated and it is impossible to tell the duplicated from the original. The "plying" of people is strictly forbidden -- or has it been done covertly?. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 156 pages.. Dust Jacket price-clipped. Please refer to accompanying picture (s). Illustrator: Richard Weaver -- Front Cover. Quantity Available: 1. Shipped Weight: Under 1 kilo. Category: Science Fiction & Fantasy; Inventory No: 0102659. .
