London: Printed for Edward Pawlett,, 1693.. 1693 [14],312 p. Fourth edition. Nineteenth century sheepskin binding with a roll in blind round each board. Rebacked to style with the original endpapers preserved. The title laid down with a nineteenth century ownership inscription on the verso, and A2 dusty on the edges. Otherwise a very good copy. The engraved bookplate shows a sunflower with the Lord's Prayer engraved in the flower head (a circle 15 mm in diameter). Lucas was Vicar of St. Stephen's, Coleman Street, a popular preacher and writer whose work was highly regarded by John Wesley.
