About This Item
Harry N. Abrams, Inc. New York, 1968. Book. Near Fine. Cloth. 388 pages. Hardcover. Texts in English. Inked gift inscription to the previous owner on the half title page. There are no other internal markings. There is some slight browning to the edges of the boards consistent with age, and some slight age-tanning to the previously white dustjacket, apparently encased in a Mylar sleeve for some time, since the condition of the jacket is otherwise bright and unblemished. 595 illustrations, including 175 color tipped-in plates. A triumphant and encompassing mammoth introduction to masterworks by a wide selections of Mezo-American cultures and peoples. .
