This early version of the Declaration differs from the later editions published in a few weeks which comprise 37 and finally 42 articles (Paris, Baudouin), and in many respects it goes further than the final text of 17 articles, which was adopted by the National Constituent Assembly on the 26 of August 1789.
A very rare edition, not cited by Tourneux. Only two copies were recorded by RBH.
