About This Item
New York: Simon and Schuster, 1935. First Edition. Hardcover. Very good/Very good. In a review of this collection for the New York Herald Tribune, Lisle Bell wrote, "A Daniel Boone on the fantastic frontiers of rhyme, Mr. Nash nonchalantly blazes trails of prosody which are rapidly hacked into highways by his imitators." Illustrated by Soglow. Octavo: 354 p. Original orange cloth binding, with gilt and black stamping. Tiny bump to the top edge of the front board. The dust jacket is a trifle toned, more so along the spine, with a negligible smudge to the front panel; else an especially crisp example.
