Faber and Faber Ltd., 1947. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1947. New Edition. 143 pages. No dust jacket. Black cloth with gilt lettering to spine. Illustrations and photographs throughout. Pages are mildly tanned, but text remains clear. Noticeable marking to some pages throughout; text is not obscured. Binding is firm. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Boards and spine have minimal shelf-wear, with mild corner bumping and crushing to ends. Gilt remains bright. Heavy rubbing and scuffing overall.
