Program for Baritone Lawrence Tibbett's performance at the Stanford Pavilion of Stanford University, February 17, 1930. Lawrence Tibbett (1896-1960), a baritone, played over 600 leading roles with the Metropolitan Opera in New York City from 1923 to 1950 and also performed as a film actor and radio personality. Boldly signed by Tibbett in blue ink. Verso contains ad for Sherman, Clay & Co. Steinway Dealer in Oakland, California.
