Very Good/good. see pictures......this is a hardcover book with a dust jacket, dust jacket is in relatively good shape it has little minor creasing on its edges from being shelved, the book itself appears to have been unused. It has a great cover with a plaque spline with silver titling on spine, which is in good shape...I'm pretty sure from the research done this the first edition however,, alsoVanguard. No statement on first editions, and sometimes failed to note subsequent printings. In the 1970s, instituted a number row (but may have abandoned it in the mid-1980s)........... His the book is in fine shape the dust jacket is intact there is some minor wear little wrinkling not really much on the edges of the dust cover underneath the book is gray and black and there is some minor wear to the bottom of the spine below the titling basically being shelved. There is no writing or markings or autographs inside the book it appears to be almost unreadprosecutor in themost famous trial, the Charles Manson case, became the basis of his classic,Helter Skelter, the biggest selling true-crime book in publishing history.
