New York: Longmans, Green, and Co., 1913. xiv + 415 pp. + 2 pp. publisher's advertisements. 8vo., blue cloth mottled to grey, stamped in gilt. Very good, some mottling to cloth, minor shelfwear. Gilt lettering bright. Ink inscription on front flyleaf from Lawrence, then President of Harvard University, to his sister Bessie. Some spotting to fore-edge, not affecting text, which is lightly age-toned.
