Oversized hardcover with dust jacket, xvi + 55 pages of text including black-and-white illustrations, plus 32 full colour plates, plus an additional 165 pages of black-and-white plates;---very gently used ex-private library copy; exterior of book is essentially as new (just a hint of shelf wear), library rubber stamp and card pocket inside back cover, but circulation slip shows no issues, book otherwise very clean and unmarked; DJ has spine label, one very tiny tear to top of back panel, otherwise almost as new.
