Corners and spine ends bumped and rubbed, with some fraying at tips and spine ends. Covers have moderate edge wear and surface rubbing. Spine leans a little. Half-title page and corresponding page in the back lightly tanned. Name in ink on page opposite title page, dated 1899. Pages clean and unmarked. 270 pages. "Printed by Ballantyne, Hanson & Co. at the Ballantyne Press". No dust jacket. Carefully packed, shipped in a box.
