Book has some very light spotting to page edges and end papers. Slight bit of wrinkling to back of limitation page where the signed card is glued to the page. Something to do with the glue itself - NOT water damage. In a Fine Dust Jacket. Slight musty smell due to basement storage that should dissipate over time.
