Cincinnati: Geo. S. Blanchard and Company, 1869 216pp. Spine is peeling from the binding and is missing pieces. Spine ends are heavily frayed and chipped. Tips are heavily bumped and heavily rubbed. Boards have many stains. Rear board has some damp staining. Front board has a small liquid ring. Pages are foxing. Map is still attached but has two 2" tears at the spine edge. Rear hinge is partially detached at the spine head and heel. Spine edge of a couple of pages have a small tear. Several signatures are open. There is at least 1 plate missing. May have other flaws.. First Edition ?. Hardcover. Poor/No Dust Jacket.
