Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. No foxing in this copy. Dust Jacket is in very good condition, without tears or chips or other damage. All edges clean, neat and free of foxing. Spine is a little sunned. Library stamps etc only on endpapers, half-title page.. Endpaper shows scuff marks from removal of library label.. In this book, Joy Adamson details the story of her orphaned leopard cub, Penny, who came to her at a few weeks old, her mother having been shot for stock-raiding.
