Decorative burgandy pigskin covered (Light Flexible) boards the titles in bright gilt to the decorative spine.Top edges are gilt the others colouring just a little.A tight and well cared for copy.There are no marks save some light chaffing at the head of the spine a small split is starting at the top rear of the spine...The boards show very light shelf wear otherwise fine.The previous careful owners signature is written neatly on the front fly sheet.. First Thus Not Dated,1900c.. Decorative Leather/Leatherlike. Near Fine to Fine/None Given. Illus. by I.J.Symes.....Frontis is 'The ambassador answered in a few well-chosen words.'. 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall.
