All edges gilt. Gilt title stamped on spine. Raised bands. Beige satin ribbon page marker laid in. Peach moire endpapers. Spine slightly cocked and corners ever so slightly bumped. Follows the sea journeys of Thor Heyerdahl as he explores the African seas and collects anthropological research on the peoples he encounters.
