The University of North Carolina Press, 1999. Hardcover. Very Good/Fine. Very Good in Fine dust jacket now protected in a new archival mylar protector. Book is clean and sharp, strong binding, no writing or highlighting noted. Only defect is some moisture spotting on the page edges when the book is closed. The faces of the pages are clean. The jacket has only slight edgewear and look great in the mylar protector. 402 pp with index.
