BATH : ADAMS & DART, 1971 White boards with gilt blocked titles to spine, 220 x 165 mm approx. 116 pp. b/w illustrations. 1972 reprint of a work first published in 1862. The copy offered has an extensive ink note to the title page made by a previous owner that the book had been given to him by S Smart a Railway man from 1904 to 1955 who at retirement was Superintendent of Operations Southern Region. Please see our images of the actual book offered for sale for further details and condition. Very Good/ Good ( Book- no notable shelf wear or soiling, insc. as above. Dust Jacket- moderate rubbing with a few small nicks. Red title to spine somewhat faded but still legible. Non price clipped - cover £1.75. No other notable defects to book or jacket).
