Fairy tales with black and white illustrations by Arthur Rackham, Hugh Thomson, Bernard Partridge, Lewis Baumer, Harry Rountree and C. Wilhelm. The colour frontispiece is by Rackham. Pictorial endpapers. Red cloth elaborately decorated in gilt. Top edge gilt. On the verso of the front free endpaper is the bookplate of Alban Dobson, the youngest son of the writer Austin Dobson.The half-title page has been removed. Edges slightly spotted. Endpapers tanned. Spine faded. Very good indeed.
