New York, NY: Da Capo Press, 1970. Reprint . Hardcover. Very Good/No Dust Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 718 pp. Bright and crisp copy with light rubbing wear on top of spine and on hinges. Bottom of spine has crease near rear hinge. Hinges have some give to them, but book is solid and sound. Bottom page edge corner has a little shelf soiling. Previous owner's name is stamped on bottom page edge and on front free end paper. Else clean interior.
