Red cloth bound book with black illustration and gilt lettering. Additional ephemera about the exhibit is included with this book. 135 indexed pages. 9x 10.25x0.75"" Catalog of an exhibition held at the Yale University Art Gallery, February 28-April 12, 1980. Includes 133 individual netsuke with a photograph and description. Includes a photographic guide in the back to makers signatures. Included with this is a photographic print of Kanzan and Jittoku netsuke, a copy of the lecture that went with this exhibit, a schedule of Japan week activities from April 6th-13th 1980, and a press release about the show all full color wrap. This was probably a press kit. The press kit pages are slight yellowed and worn along edges. Press kit pages are full 8.5"" X 11""
