First edition with Published November, 1916 on copyright page and no additional printings noted. Signed by the author who inscribed it to previous owner. Laid-in are 2 hand written signed letters from the author. Letters are addressed to the previous owners and friends of the author Geneste and William Anderson and are dated 1933 and 1941. Photo of the author pasted onto the front free endpaper. Previous owner's bookplate and date stamp on front fixed endpaper.
